Stocktake Reports

In the Micronet Stocktake program, every download, button pressed, item scanned and quantity entered is time and user stamped. This provides an enormous amount of information to create KPI reports based on the user, activity and time.

To print a stocktake report:

1. Open the Warehouse Scheduler screen.

2. Select the 4. Stocktakes tab.

Micronet displays the Warehouse Scheduler - Stocktakes tab.

3. Select REPORTS | STOCKTAKE REPORTS then select one of the following options:

• OVERVIEW – to view or print a complete list of all stocktake batches grouped by status or in selected statuses
• OTHER – to view or print reports of KPIs (key performance indicators) and other management information including completed stocktake batches, and a history of stocktake batches no longer on the Warehouse Scheduler.

Micronet displays the Select Output Device screen.

4. Select whether you want the report displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.
